As a result of both raw material and staff shortages, we have decided to temporarily suspend production of our Royal Sussex Traditional Trugs.  Over the next few months we will sourcing new supplies of willow and will be training new staff in our skills.   We will advise our customers when we are again able to supply these popular Trugs once again so keep an eye on our website and social media.

Our South Down Contemporary & Wealden Garden Trugs are both available and are helping us weather the current difficult world economy.

Trugs delivered to overseas territories may be subject to import or local sales taxes.

RETURNS POLICY: Customers must request authorisation to return any Trug, although we cannot accept returns from overseas customers.  Where a Trug is returned after authorisation by the company, we regret that we cannot refund the outward carriage/packing charges and there will be an administration fee for restocking. In the unlikely event of a fault in your Trug (not including knots, etc. on bark) we will collect and replace your Trug after receiving photographic evidence.
