Sometimes we get it wrong and make a mistake. Inadvertently we sent a Trug to Anna Love in the USA that was not up to standard. Anna was, naturally, disappointed so we sent her another one free of charge when she sent us photos of her original Trug.
We are very sorry Anna and thank you for your consideration whilst we made and sent a replacement. Anna has since e-mailed to say “thank you for sending the replacement Trug. It was beautiful”.
