Third Apprentice!

Posted on:

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of our third apprentice.  Lewis Fuller is 17 years old and joined us to do temporary work in February.  He has shown great promise and has now been appointed our First Year Apprentice.  He follows in the footsteps of Barney Garcia, Second Year Apprentice, and Mark Robinson who is in his final year and is a QEST (Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust) apprentice.

On the left of the photo is Mark with Barney in the middle and Lewis on the right, all socially distancing.  Closeups of all three will follow shortly.

Our company is the leader in training new recruits to our industry and we now employ 8 full and 3 part time members of staff.  Seven years ago there were just two of us!  We will be seeking a second First Year Apprentice later this year when Mark finishes his training and becomes a fully-fledged Craftsman Trug Maker.
