Office Apprentice Joins Us
Posted on:It is with great pleasure that I advise our customers that Bradley Hillier has joined us as Office Apprentice. Bradley will be helping me to improve our services to both consumer and trade customers and his appointment will mean that our office is open even when we attend shows. As part of his experience Bradley will also spend some time in our workshop finding out first hand how Trugs are made and the skills involved. We are already working on improving our IT set up in the office and will be producing new literature very soon.
In the future we will be communicating with our customers more regularly and we will be instigating a regular call pattern for our trade customers both in Great Britain and overseas, as we used to when my wife Sue worked in our office.
Next week we will be announcing the commencement of another workshop apprentice who will be helping us to increase capacity, so watch this space! It took us a long time to get the right person!
