Missing Parcel
Posted on:In mid-July we sent a Trug to a lady in Greensboro, Maryland, USA which was to be a present for her Mother who had always wanted one of our Trugs. Last night Ashleigh contacted me and said that her Trug had not arrived and the tracking information said that it had been delivered to Lancaster in New York State in July. I contacted our main couriers for overseas parcels, Parcel2Go, and they quickly identified that the parcel was to be delivered today before close of business. Lancaster is the delivery point for bulk shipments of parcels and, from there Ashleigh’s parcel should have been handed to the U. S. Postal Service for delivery. Not sure what happened there!
We are so sorry for the delay experienced with the delivery of your parcel Ashleigh and do please let us know if it does not arrive today as promised and we will take further action.
