Last Christmas Orders Despatched
Posted on:Yesterday we despatched the last big mail out before Christmas. We have sent out over 100 Trugs this week and still the orders come in! It appears that none of our competitors are accepting new orders from customers and are showing “sold out” indications on their website. It’s good to know that they have also been busy.
Our Royal Sussex Traditional Trugs are now available from February but customers are able to back order these online or by telephone. We still have some South Down Contemporary Rother (un-coloured) Trugs available for purchase from our retail shop which will remain open until Wednesday lunchtime.
Going into the New Year we will return to work on Monday 11th January, when we have over 500 Trugs to make.
My staff have worked exceptionally hard to make good the promises we made for delivery before Christmas and I would like to thank each and every one of them for their superb effort. Those customers who were advised that we couldn’t get their Trug to them until next month have been very understanding and that is very much appreciated. Thank you to all of our customers, past and present, for your continued support throughout the years and we head into 2021 with optimism for the future for our craft and our world!
