Posted on:Challenging year is 2018!! First we have all the wet weather meaning that our woodsman was unable to extract the sweet chestnut from the woodlands so it was a good job we stock piled already hewn and shaved chestnut for the handles and rims
Then we find there is a shortage of cricket bat willow! We are receiving e-mails from cricket bat makers in India asking if we can supply them!
It has proven problematic in making speedy despatches but we are almost up to date with our orders and expect the balance or retail orders to be finished next week. Trade orders are taking a little longer. Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to keep up to speed. Order early for a special occasion!
