Within the next few days, we will be launching our DDP service to all European countries listed on our website. DDP means “Delivered Duty Paid,” and by working in partnership with DPD couriers, we are now able to charge you upfront for the customs clearance and VAT.
Delivering this DDP service to our customers means we can now sell direct to consumer customers in the EU without any hidden charges at the time of delivery. Once launched, the price shown on our website will be inclusive of the trug, DPD delivery, customs clearance, and local VAT. This will enable rapid customs clearance and delivery to you without the worry of being charged more than you expected when customs request VAT. DPD will handle the entire VAT process.
