As we all know, last year was annas horribilis and most of my trusty crew were locked down for almost four months. Despite that they rallied round and we made 3041 Trugs during the 12 months from January. That’s an increase of over 60% on 2019.
My son, Chris, has taken over the running of the workshop from me, leaving me to create even more business for 2021. My grand-daughter, Sophie, helped me with packing and despatching in the run up to Christmas as there was so much to do, and will continue to help me for a while longer until she goes back to college.
My crew: Caleb, Luke, Mark, Barney and Sharon are all working during this lockdown and we expect to be very busy once more in this new year and have a full order book for the next six weeks.
