Wow DPD Local!
Posted on:Mrs. H. from Bradford, West Yorkshire (some 300 miles away) just e-mailed me about the delivery of her Trug. We despatched the Trug late yesterday afternoon (Tuesday) – around 5.40pm as the guy from DPD Eastbourne was running late with all the parcels he had to deliver. Mrs. H, e-mailed me this morning (Wednesday) at 9.17 to say that she had just received her Trug!! Well done DPD!
Mrs. H. wrote ” I just received your Royal Sussex Garden Trug and am delighted with it. I’m amazed at the speed of your delivery service, and would like to thank you for your care, attention and professionalism.” Mrs. H’s order was dealt with by my apprentice Bradley so he is already giving the level of service I have set for our customers. Well done Bradley!
