Nearly There!
Posted on:One more week to go before Christmas and we are still experiencing a good flow of orders online and many visitors to our retail shop. We still have reasonable stocks of most Trugs but are expecting a big order in on Monday 19th December! Don’t worry because we can always accommodate our online and retail customers and we will do our level best not to let anyone down. Buying a Trug as a Christmas or birthday gift brings to many people a dream they have had for, in some cases, many years. So we take seriously our customers orders and build up stocks before the events of Christmas and spring so that we can bring those dreams to life.
Already we have received trade customer orders for 2017 and are sending some of our South Down Contemporary Sussex Trugs out next week to a new trade customer in Germany who has his first show the first week in January! These Trugs have been own-branded for him as he wishes to sell to garden centres as well as at shows.
Last time for delivery before Christmas is Wednesday 21st December so we need those orders in before 11am please! We can still despatch on Thursday but, given the time of year, it is possible that delivery on the Friday will be delayed even with the best of intentions. Our couriers, Interlink, have provided a great service to date and we have every confidence in them.
