Merry Christmas from Us
Posted on:Well, folks, we are now logging off for some annual holidays so don’t expect to hear from me for a while. 2019 has been a bit of a whirl wind year and we have experienced our best sales for a long time. We now have two apprentices, one first and one second year and are seeking a new office apprentice for the New Year. One of our old colleagues is also set to rejoin us in February making our South Down Contemporary Trugs for which demand has grown again recently. We will also be launching a new traditional style Sussex Trug for trade customers in 2020 and will be welcoming a new book keeper in January. My colleagues have worked very hard during the past few weeks and months to keep up with demand and I would like to say a very big “thank you” to Caleb, Luke, Mark, Barney, Andy and Chris, not forgetting my wife, Sue, for all their efforts. We have a good order book to start the New Year and have already started along the path of making some of these. I would be remiss, however, if I didn’t thank all of
